Schedule Your Hearing Appointment
Whether you're new to Aiding Ears Hearing or a current patient, please reach out directly to schedule.
I’ll check your insurance benefits, explain available services, and get you scheduled based on your needs.
Call, text, or email today, I’ll respond as quickly as possible to help you take the next step toward better hearing.
Insurance & Third-Party Providers
I am credentialed with several hearing-care benefit programs and third-party administrators.
Before scheduling your appointment, you may contact your benefit provider directly to confirm eligibility, hearing aid coverage, and copays.

What to Expect at Your Appointment
• A hearing screening

• Discussion about your hearing needs
• Review of your insurance benefits

• Time to ask questions in a relaxed, no-pressure setting
How to Prepare for Your In-Home Hearing Appointment
To help your appointment go smoothly, please have the following ready:
1. A Quiet Space
• A quiet room away from TVs, pets, or other noise
• A table or desk for my laptop and testing equipment
• A nearby electrical outlet
2. Internet Access
• Please have home Wi-Fi available if possible
• My hotspot may not work in some areas, so Wi-Fi helps ensure accurate testing and device setup
3. Smartphone Preparation (if purchasing hearing aids)
If we move forward with hearing aids, we may need to download the app that pairs with your devices.
• Your iPhone or Android smartphone
• Your App Store or Google Play password
• If you prefer, you may download the app ahead of time — I will tell you which one based on your hearing aids
Having your password available ensures we can:
✔ Connect your hearing aids
✔ Set up remote care
✔ Personalize your sound settings
4. Insurance Card
• Please have your insurance card available
• If you checked your benefits in advance, bring your benefit summary (optional)
5. A List of Questions or Concerns
• Write down any hearing challenges you want to talk about
• Include situations where hearing is most difficult
